Do you offer vehicle storage?

We sure do! At our Portage location, you can store your camper, trailer, boat, or car in one of our convenient outdoor spaces. Call to see if your vehicle will fit in one of our indoor units at either location.

Is there a minimum rental period for storage units?
Our rental periods are month-to-month, which allows options for both short-term and long-term storage. Whether you need a unit for a month or for several years, we can accommodate your needs.

What are your normal office hours?
Our office hours may vary, but we are typically open during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30. We are available weekends by appointment. Please contact us for weekend or after hour appointments.

Can I access my storage unit anytime?
Our facility offers convenient access hours to storage units. Access hours are 7 days a week from 6am-10pm.

Can I change to a different storage unit size if needed?
Absolutely! We understand that your storage needs may change over time. If you require a different unit size, we'll do our best to accommodate your request and make the transition smooth for you.

How do I make payments on my storage unit?
We offer various payment options for your convenience. You can pay in person at our office, over the phone, online through our secure portal, or set up automatic payments for a hassle-free experience.

Are there any items that are not allowed to be stored in the units?
While most items can be stored in our units, there are certain restrictions on hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, and items that could potentially cause harm or damage. It's important to review our storage agreement for a comprehensive list of prohibited items or give us a call and we are happy to answer any questions.

Is storage insurance required for my belongings?
We do require proof of insurance for your belongings. Most homeowners/renters insurance will cover your storage unit, but please check with your provider as it varies from provider to provider. We do offer a third-party protection plan for those who wish to go that route and are happy to give you more information. Stop in or give us a call for the protection plan options.

Can I reserve a storage unit in advance?
Yes, you can reserve a storage unit in advance to secure the size and type of unit you need. Contact our facility to discuss availability and reserve a unit that suits your requirements, or make a reservation online.
